1. Before turning on the TV, make sure to remove the batteries from the old remote, as only one smart remote can be paired with the TV at a time.
2. Slide the left-side switch on the remote control.
3. Keep the remote within 2 meters of the TV. Press and hold the “Return” and “Play/Pause” buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. Release when the screen shows “Connecting to the Samsung Smart Remote.” When “Pairing Complete” appears, the pairing is finished.
4. If the screen displays “Another remote is already paired,” “No devices found,” or “Not Available,” repeat the above steps. Some TVs may require operating twice to complete the pairing.
1. The infrared signal light is located on the top right side. During learning, please aim at this position.
2. Only the “MENU” and “EXIT” buttons support infrared learning.
3. Press and hold the “MENU” or “EXIT” button for 6 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing. Aim the infrared signal light of the learning remote control at the top right side of this remote control, then press the button to be learned. The indicator light will flash and then turn off, indicating that the learning process is complete.
4. Infrared learning is only applicable to Samsung remote controls. The default button functions are already compatible with most Samsung TV models and can be used directly. Please do not perform the learning operation unless necessary.
1. The red indicator light stays on while charging and turns off when fully charged.
2. During normal use, when the battery is in a low-voltage state, the green indicator light flashes continuously. Please charge it promptly.
3. When waiting to pair or connect, the green indicator light flashes continuously. The indicator light turns off once pairing is complete.
1. Due to regional differences, some TV models may not be paired successfully.
2. Because of variations in TV models, certain keys on the keyboard may not be compatible. In such cases, please use the on-screen soft keyboard instead.
3. The “POWER,” “MENU,” and “EXIT” buttons transmit infrared signals.
4. When entering a website address in the TV browser, you need to move the cursor to select from the dropdown list and then press the “OK” button to jump. This is a limitation of Samsung TVs.
5. The “Ctrl” button generally has no function and does not need to be used.
6. This remote control is equipped with a 6-axis gyroscope. When the backlight is on, gravity sensing can activate the lighting. However, due to Samsung system limitations, 360-degree mouse mode is not supported.
7. If the voice function cannot recognize commands after being activated, please check the network connection and whether the Samsung server is connected.
8. When the remote control is not used for an extended period, turn off the left-side slide switch.
When turned on again, it will automatically connect within 3 seconds.
